Supporting Parents, Strengthening Families

How do these Orientation sessions help Parents

Our orientation sessions help parents better understand their child’s development, behaviour, learning needs, and emotional well-being. They provide practical, hands-on strategies that parents can use in everyday situations to support their child’s growth at home. For parents of children with special needs, these sessions increase awareness, build confidence, and equip them with tools to manage challenges effectively. The sessions also strengthen collaboration between parents and schools, ensuring children receive consistent support across settings.

Why Now?

As awareness of neurodiversity grows, the need for inclusive education continues to increase. Equipping parents with the skills to support diverse learners and their own well-being will help them handle their kids and support in their growth

How Are We Equipped to Deliver Parent Orientation Sessions?

Founded in 2021, TFS brings together expertise in child development, school support services, and psychological counseling. Our multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, behavior therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and special educators interact with parents every day and train them in handling children with various issues.
Through our ongoing work with parents and schools, we have gained deep insight into the challenges families face and the support they need. Our orientation sessions combine professional expertise with practical, real-world strategies that parents can immediately apply at home. Having partnered with multiple schools and supported hundreds of families, we are uniquely positioned to deliver engaging, evidence-based parent training that builds awareness, confidence, and effective parenting skills while strengthening collaboration between home and school.
