Our Founder
Dr. Jyotsna Konda is the Founder & CEO of ThoughtFront Services (TFS), dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges with understanding, compassion, and care. She holds a Ph.D. in Botany from Andhra University and an M.A. in Psychology from IGNOU, combining academic excellence with a deep passion for supporting emotional well-being.
She is a certified Level 2 TEAM-CBT Therapist trained through Dr. David Burns’ Feeling Good Institute (FGI) and has further specialized in mental health through a Diploma in Depression Counselling.

My son Caleb has been undergoing occupational, behavioural and speech therapies at this centre for last two years. The therapists assess the condition of the child very well and use the customised methods to address the unique needs of each child. They update the parents regularly as to what’s done during the sessions and what must be done at home to bring faster results. We are happy with the progress my son has been making. My son has speech clarity issues for which I approached thought front services. After initial examination SLP has assured that he would improve easily with practical and easy approaches, Riquita has been a very helpful SLP not only my son is speaking much better now with good clarity but also she trained him to read where he had difficulty before. She has been very helpful and approachable the way she takes sessions and gives feedback is really impressive

At the age of two, my child began showing symptoms of ASD, prompting us to enroll him in various therapy centers until he turned five, where we noticed some improvement. When he was five, we discovered TFS, where the trainers are highly skilled professionals. Now that my son is seven, we are witnessing better progress at TFS. I researched a lot of places in nalagandla area before I decided to go with TFS. Unlike other places where you get a lot of fancy reports and diction which overwhelms you , TFS helps you comprehend what you are dealing with and works with you to create plan that helps your child. They work with you and support you in every way possible . They are open to feedback and you really feel like you are getting support.
I have seen tremendous improvement in my kid , and I have TFS to thank for it . Specially Sumati Maam . I can see how much my son likes his therapists and that bond is what helps him gain new skills everyday . I have been almost an year now with TFS.
Having said that , I urge any parent reading this review - pls be part of the process . Therapy centres can help only if you are doing whatever you can at your end at home .Therapy helps but it’s not a magic bullet , you need to work at your end as well .

The founder and therapists at TFS are quite knowledgeable. The teachers of our school, Swechha, were trained by the TFS team in understanding special needs and behaviours. The trainings had depth, clarity and practical case study discussions to help us build expertise in needs and behaviours of children.

We were really concerned about my 4 year old daughter when she was diagnosed with Mild Autism an year ago. It's been 8 months since she started undertaking OT and ST at Thoughtfront Services and we are witnessing a remarkable positive transformation in our daughter. Her eye contact and gross motor skills have improved a lot. Sensory issues are almost gone. Speech is a part of the overall development and that is exactly what therapists here focus on.
